I love how integrated this system is. Payroll goes direct to the jobs and union payroll reports and government tax forms. ComputerEase is super easy to use and teach our staff. I like the submittal section, but wish it had a spot to upload the reviewed submittal and then even have it create the index and tabs and put the actual O&M Manual book togehter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deltek ComputerEase is a great software and helps our company manage accounting, purchasing, job costing, and more. It is especially nice that project management can be tied in directly with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, etc. Also, there are numerous reports users can pull within the system that offer important info. The new CE Field time entry app allows all employees to keep track of their time entries. I like the ability to customize the time entry view in Time Center, which makes reconciliation process easier.

I wish that updating the AR general ledger was simpler. I don't like having to update every single deposit and/or ACH payment. But, it has cut my bank reconiciliation time in half.....until we signed up for Bill and Pay.
Now, I'm back to 2 hours doing bank reconciliation every month. Bill and Pay deposits certain amounts separately, but doesn't allow me to import which payments from that day so it will match my deposits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Itegrations seem to be behind relateive to comparable products. Also, some integrations that are allowed with export/imports end up bypassing some ComputerEase features.
