Soemtimes things on the program glitch out (such as my printer not displaying on the list) which is frustrating because it slows production and I have to reach out for support to help walk me through the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CE is a good product for basic invoicing, billing, etc. Would like to see more user friendly reporting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

I use the product for service invoicing and scheduling etc. I would like to see more of a streamline process using CSV imports etc in order to make the billing process faster. Seems a bit clunky and not connected correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase?

Being able to drill down into transactions from most reports. Very user friendly and intuitive. One of the most helpful tech support I've had experience with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

I miss not having an undeposited funds account to accumulate receipts before making one deposit. Accounts receivable module requres attention to detail, luckily tech support is good at unwinding mess-ups! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the interface is simple to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

There a many functions that should be available that are not. These require tedious workarounds. For example, I can't view invoice attachments directly from a job cost detail report which requires me to look up the invoice in the register separately, adding a tedious extra step.
