What problems is Deltek ComputerEase solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am part of the Focus Group meetings and it such a great program that was put in place. It has been keeping us up-to-date on all the new areas of enhancements that will be taking place. It's also been exciting that Deltek ComputerEase is listening to their users and working hard to implement our reqeusted needs. Deltek ComputerEase has been a cornerstone software for our company for over 20 years. We love the ease of use and the integrations between modules. Deltek ComputerEase is continually upgrading the capabilities of their software which is very robust to begin with. They really listen to their customers needs. It has a great ROI! It's very intuitive and when something isn't clear, the help guide always does the trick. Their online help is wonderful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest downside for me is the need to update often as we have to reach out to IT for this but that could be an isolated issue with our company's controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that when you update in accounts payable, the information seamlessly posts to the contract. It makes it so eash to cost out the job. It's also nice to know that I am using the latest tax tables for the payroll checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Could still use some upticks in search features, such as pick lists in payroll, live, available help, (no system has that),
