One of the most helpful aspects of DBsync cloud workflow is its seamless integration capabilities. By connecting various applications and systems (to us Salesforce and QBO) DBSync enables efficient data synchronization and automation of workflows. I don't like that status changes to "Waiting on Customer" when someone from DBSync responds on the request. Sometimes the response was letting me know they would look at the logs or check into something, with that I am still waiting for an additional response.
