For data science specifically the SQL tests have helps save hours of the teams time. For engineering hiring it is very easy to use and makes the interviews go really smoothly. We have also been trialing it for engineering tests as well. The customer support is excellent and it's easy to integrate and implement with other systems. We use over 100 coderpads per month and wouldn't be able to recruit without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is more pricey than when we first signed up but it's worth it for the time it saves engineers/data scientists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used coderpad to conduct nearly 100 interviews this year, and I am very impressed with it as a product.
Starting with team features, coderpad lets us build a bank of questions that we share across our interview teams. It makes it very easy to start a new interview, invite a candidate, and get them set up with their preferred programming language.
I have not used the video call feature (we usually use google meets), but for a real-time collaborative editor, coderpad is very reliable. It's always a bit of a bummer being outside your preferred editor environment, but good IDE-style programming language support gives candidates enough support that they're generally very comfortable. The editor/repl environment is intuitive enough that I don't usually need to explain how to use it. I also appreciate the features like private notes that make it easy to stay in the coderpad environment for the entirety of the interview without switching tools multiple times. I would appreciate closer integration with our hiring platform, Lever, but that's a big ask :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
