I don't have any specific isssues or dislikes with CoderPad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can create individual pads as needed and conduct interviews.
We get to choose screening questions from 4000+ questions which is a huge plus.
It has an easy UI for candidate insights.
It has Code Playback which helps in previewing candidate's answers during the coding period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interview part has only 40+ questions while other platforms have plenty of questions to choose from.
The organization will be responsible for adding new questions which will put extra effort for the organization on creating new questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and has a huge range of supported languages. Evaluating the skills of new developers has never been easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the addition of templates would be a nice improvement to save time and effort when setting up a new session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First one is its number of test assessments accross all the domains
second one is easy user interface
lastly the video interview platform with codeplayback feature which help us to identify candidate's coding behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Screening questions numbers are quite good but there is limited question set for interview which is another important part to us in our recruitment process while hiring the candidate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) The flexibility of the CoderPad platform in my experience is 2nd-to-none.
2) Depth and Breadth of pre-existing questions are excellent, and the CP team is always open to adding new technologies and questions.
3) Ability to collaborate with others and manage permissions to ensure control.
4) Customer and Account Support - really willing to help you cater the platform to your needs as a business.
5) Code playback and security features around when a candidate is copying code or not - opens more discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I would say is the time it can take to update question sets, and new technologies - but I understand that this is a 'by mass' request, for me some technologies may be very important but not to the extended customer base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a steep learning curve. As a hiring manager, I appreciate quickly getting where I need to go, renaming the instance and selecting a language. The session is saved for future reference; everything is easy and automatic.
I am an engineer and a manager. I have custom platforms for every single continent for admin, pay, performance, recruiting flow etc.. But I only use one live coding platform. It does everything I want and quietly grows (newly added django!) without cluttering on the critical path. Being great while unobtrusively offering more is an art form we should all strive for. As a screening tool for applicants, it is everything I would want. I cannot, however, talk about the cost of licensing. I only once hit up against our subscription limits, which was quickly rectified.
If there isn't a way to save templates (to lay out questions properly and structure them ahead of time), I will find that useful, but I think it does exist, and I haven't explored it enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coderpad has been a key tool that we use in our hiring process. The process is seamless with having a candidate join our season and coding a solution to the problem. My favorite feature is the playback feature. I have been using this to look back at the interviews to confirm my initial assessment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall I would say that CoderPad is a pretty intuitive platform. The navigation is quite simple. One aspect that needs improvement is the creation of a session with a template. This took me a while to figure out how to create one and always have to relearn it once I have to do it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
