This tool has allowed us to reach our customers in unprecedented ways. We have tens of thousands of happy customers, but had no way to leverage this momentum without our AdvocateHub. I've also been very impressed with the team at Influitive. The on-boarding was very impressive, and the ongoing support is amazing. I can't say enough about this company! I like that Influitive is always doing something to try and make its customers the best advocate marketers they can be. They are always providing helpful tips and setting up calls to make sure that we have everything we need in terms of our hub. They always have ideas and have the fastest support I have ever seen. I would say my only dislike is that sometimes I can't edit or tweak my hub and its rules the way that I want to. It's not necessarily a big deal and I can generally get around it, but it has been a little inconvenient at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
