The interview tool is plug&play, you juste have to focus on the candidat and avoid all technicals possible problems. The tool is complete and we was able to use all the feature of our previous test Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some questions had weird time limits, sometimes not reflecting their real difficulty. This has left me sometimes with scenarios where I would underestimate a question and not be able to answer it in time, or the opposite effect where I would answer a question with a lot of time to spare.
