the possibility to create new tests according to our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
too many test duplicates : it could be improved by a better organization of tests with themes and categories Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use interface
a good list of covered technologies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I have to send different tests to one candidate I have to recreate the candidate (name, email), and I can't just reuse the existing candidates. In our context we may have to send 2 or 3 different tests to the same candidate (ex : node.js, react.js, PHP) without create one "Node-react-PHP" test campaign.
Some tests are not challenging enough and are only quiz (ex : SQL) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tool for evaluating more complex codes related to a project and a library Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How simple it is to use.
Our developers and People Operations team researched together for the perfect solution to test technical skills and critical thinking in the testing stage of the process for these profiles. Coder pad is so easy to use and understand that our recruiters can easily set it up for the actual testing stage of the process.
The best word that describes this tool is adaptable because anything can be done here.
I also like that we only pay for it when we need to use it, our recruitment is not really high volume so we usually pay for the months when we are recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike any major things so far.
I am not a developer but our team really likes the interface, layout, practicality, dynamism of the platform. The team found the tool a lot more adaptable for our recruitment process and that was the one that stuck with us as the best option.
I will be nice however to create automated sections that allow for the recruiters or Human Resources team to be a little more independent in taking ownership of the process. A comprehensive scoring system that can be applied to any test and complemented it with the final score of the hiring manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
live coding to see what applicant is doing is great; ability to take private notes, ability to playback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes syncing is slow, keybindings and autocomplete isn't the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I do like the best, as VP of engineering, is the candidates' exam platform. It makes my life easier. The ready-to-go tests are fantastic and the report is really valuable, it is giving me a very solid starting point to survey a candidate for a new position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have a bad point to give, to be honest, but probably I would say CodinGame is not as known in Spain as in other countries as France. So, sourcing is not really useful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface. It's clear, well balanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fews bugs on auto completion. Tests may be a little too simple, but that could be understood as the tests should go on a time window and should not weigth too much on recruits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
