Being a Solution Manager i have tried all the 3 premium tools in the market right now & i found out AA to be the most user friendly & easy to use tool. The associated products are also top notch like IQBOT which is way better than any of the current OCR's in the market, A2019 which is again a web based RPA platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation anywhere made our life so easy in terms of work perspective. We can solve all complicated issues. It has a easy development interface. free guidance document is very beneficial for new users to learn this tool. Security level is too good as it comes with multiple layers of security, Protecting confidential data. And it's easy to deploy. Instead of writing long codes we can simply drag the required activities and use it no coding background required. All the activities are easy to use and understandable. We can do all kinds of automation like Web, desktop and citrix automation. All the trainings are really helpful and understandable hands-on feature is too good. It has best features of recording, web scraping, pause. It has well designed exception handling activities which are easily understandable. We can extract any kind of data from web, PDF etc.. Most of the features are good but one thing is It has dependency on control room. For doing certification it's paid. it require little more time to understand all the features of development and control room as a beginner. Some times dependencies takes lot of time to get downloaded each time running the bot.

Mostly the user interface of client,control room and IQ Bot.its really very interesting while working with IQ bots.Almost 3 to 4 business process automated.so many challenges with great learning. The most helpful feature of AA RPS is that it easy to learn and implement in real world. There is no coding skill required for to learn AA RPA. It can be implemented immediately as commands and user interface are self explanatory. There are several useful functions related to excel, and pdf processing.
