I have far observed simple few things that I wouldn't say I liked while using automation anywhere. It doesn't extract the data of the scanned document is not accurate even after deploying OCR engines available. Also, I feel its pricing options could be more flexible & should be decided. It's hard to think of one positive point. The only thing that I can consider that is easier than other RPA tools is that you have some Excel options available even for non-coders always. What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

Too many problems, the organization is quite disorganized and doesn't want to take any responsibility for their bugs. The transitions from 9 to 10 were quite problematic, just a couple of examples:

1) The RPAs REQUIRED to use the Control Room. This was massive trouble if you had local apps that were not controlled from it for whatever reason. If your network failed for any reason you were in trouble.

2) They removed the option to build offline bots for monetary purposes (my opinion).

3) The control room was buggy and never allowed automating flows.

The next transition from 11 to 2019 was even more problematic.

This was a massive hit because WPF apps became impossible to automate.

2) Several features were removed without real alternatives.

3) The transition wasn't planned properly and only rush to conclusions to gain some market (my opinion).

I worked in automation anywhere to create a bot, and its functionality like drag and drop to make a Bot is fantastic. It's useful for non-programming background people also to use this tool to develop the process.

It is also good to automate the process and use automation anywhere control room to schedule the bot according to our requirements.

Using this tool, we can integrate a programing language to make an additional feature and make a bot's accuracy is higher.

It has a highly capable process orchestrator which not only automates any given ad hoc processes but also provides analytical reporting and dashboard to review the entire end to end journeys and reduce FTE for a particular mundane task. I found the installation and configuration a little bit confusing for beginners. It also required a big space to install the required tools. Mainly I am using this RPA tool for our candidate onboarding process. Before I use to do it manually but after starting using this tool all my onboarding work from document collection to signature everything automation now. Just one trigger all my work completes.
