It depends how you want to use the system. You can share interviews with managers and such without them having a seat, but they can't rate questions or candidates within the app then. If you do have each of them set up, it again depends on their level. Then they can either help set up questions, video and such, or just review candidate responses and rate those candidates and their responses. Each seat with access to that interview could leave their own rating and you can see each other comments and such as you complete your own feedback. This was one difference we found when comparing other products, that while they don't limit the number of seats, they do charge per seat. (Again, admins and managers can still share the responses, you just may not be able to review those responses in the system without individual seats)
