To improve the number of candidates that complete a Willo interview, consider the following strategies: 1. Simplify the Interview Process: Ensure the interview process is straightforward and user-friendly. Provide clear instructions and a simple interface to encourage completion. 2. Send Reminders: Implement a system to send automated reminders to candidates about their upcoming interviews. This can help reduce no-shows and encourage completion. 3. Offer Flexibility: Allow candidates to choose their interview times to accommodate their schedules, increasing the likelihood of completion. 4. Provide Support: Offer technical support and resources to assist candidates with any issues they may encounter during the interview process. 5. Communicate the Benefits: Clearly communicate the benefits of completing the interview, such as potential job opportunities or career advancement. 6. Gather Feedback: After the interview, gather feedback from candidates to identify any barriers they faced and make necessary improvements. 7. Incentivize Completion: Consider offering incentives for completing the interview, such as gift cards or entry into a prize draw. 8. Optimize for Mobile: Ensure the interview platform is mobile-friendly, as many candidates may prefer to complete interviews on their phones. By implementing these strategies, you can increase the number of candidates who complete their Willo interviews.

We have found a lot of success in sending direct emails from a company email that links to Willo and gives them an overview of what to expect when conducting the One-Way interview. Candidate's are often expecting an email to come from a certain person or domain, and we have found direct communication rather than via a 3rd party system works best!

I would agree with Summer here, sending a personalised email or message directly to candidates is an excellent way to improve the completion rate. Candidates are often expecting to see an invite from a certain email address and could miss the automated invite email. Remember to use the channel that you've already been communicating with them on email/whatsapp/slack etc for maximum engagement.

Create an engaging welcome video and make sure that the copy of the request is as clear as possible. Option to have the questions being asked as a video, makes things more personal too. Feels more like a 2-way conversation than an awkward 1-way monologue.

When you invite candidates to interview it's a good idea to give them some context either over the phone beforehand or in the email. This will improve the chance of them completing an interview for you. Try to explain the main benefits to them of completing a Willo interview: Time saved (on average it takes candidates 20 minutes to complete an interview) They can complete it anywhere (Flexible around their schedule) The ability to be seen and heard by the employer, they are not just text on a page. Assessed on the same questions as every other candidate (Level playing field)
