Hello Brittany, you argued the topic very well, but I would like to ask a few counter questions:

  1. You have listed many tools that are AI based, what did you find lacking in them that wasn't good? 
  2. Why did you try so many? Curiosity/personal culture or lack of functions?
  3. What is your definition for "more efficient, fair, and engaging workplace?"

Hello Luca,

This was more my question: Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR Practices.... What do we think?(How is it impacting industry wide..Where do we think it might lead to in the future? Are we concerned with AI taking over the HR field? Are we accepting of AI in HR as a whole or do we have concerns?)

  1. They are AI based on the title of my post and my intention to ask the G2 pop what they thought about AI impacting the HR industry.
  2. I have had the privilege to utilize AI to be productive and efficient. Nothing honestly...
  3. My definition of a "more effective, fair, and engaging workplace" is a company without bias, obtaining goals in the most productive way possible, and providing feedback to accomplish transparency empowerment and autonomy.

These are some products that I have found interesting/useful. What other products have you used?

I wanted to share these products for people to check out and hopefully utilize. personally, I think AI is an awesome resource in obtaining a more efficient, fair, and engaging workplace. My intended question was more philosophical/curious.

HR is not my sector but it is something that I and everyone else deal with.

Surely, AI will play an important role in the human resources sector, as you indicate, there are already several tools and software that integrate it or 100% AI Based. Honestly, I completely agree with your statement "I think AI is an awesome resource in obtaining a more efficient, fair, and engaging workplace." Regardless of this specific case, this is how "I see" AI/LLM = a tool/helper at the disposal of a human, something that empowers them, and I am even more convinced of this regarding the HR sector!
