Intuitive and User Friendly UI AI does a good job flagging important topics and red flags. Integrates easily with G-Suite Easy set up and ongoing support. More complete tool than others I've used
It is slightly invasive and I don't really use the platform for research or anything outside of briefly reviewing call recaps. I'm not sure how valid their suggestions/recommendations are either.

It's terrible when a company puts money above customers. It's not only the technology but the people behind it and the treatment we received is not recommended to anyone.
