Gong allows you to record meetings, primarily for training purposes. It allows calls to be evaluated, rated and commented on by yourself or colleagues. Gongs built-in analytics and AI provides insights on areas for improvement such as amount of time spent talking vs listening, power moments, and other highlights that help evaluate performance.

Gong is a tool that can work with your video conferencing to record and share your meetings as well as organize them in an easy to access repository that is searchable. We use it specifically for training and call review. It is awesome!

Gong software is a software that records and analyzes sales calls. This allows the sales person to focus on the call and then analyze the data later. This could mean reading a transcript of the call, confirming something was said or not said and even track things like percentage of the time you were talking vs your prospect. There is a ton to learn from calls on Gong. Since I've started using it I can't stand going to a company that doesn't have it.
