What is the email address to send the invite to for a last minute call to be recorded? And is there a way to send the invite via email, not through the gong site?

Does anyone else get a bounce back when they send the request to ?gong.io? I might have the email address wrong, which would solve the issue at hand.

Hi Bianca! You can go ahead and send the invitation to assistant@gong.io. I hope that helps!

As long as there is an external recipient in the meeting invite, Gong will automatically record the call which means even in the last minute. Thanks!

Yes, within the application you should have an option you can toggle that allows the link to be copied than shared via email.
