We have had struggles with the session replay functionality, although this is likely due to our implementation as a component within another products main interface. We've been with Ninja since 2016 and they've been an excellent partner. They are responsive to both billing and service requests and have continually made the RMM tools better and better. What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Reporting could be stronger, especially end-user-facing reports that convey the value of what we are providing to our customers. Occasionally we get some hit or miss with the patch management but I'd say it's 95% effective in getting patching done correctly. I'd like to see a little more partnership on the marketing side (i.e. MDF funds, or marketing consultation help to grow both our businesses). Overall, though, our experience has been great. What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Service Management?

ServiceNow IT Service Management has been around since the very beginning of the platform 20 years ago. It has been constantly evolving to accommodate any new ways of handling IT Service Management processes, such as Incident management, major incident management, change, problem, request. It comes with a ton of pre-built, but also customizable functionalities for the different personas, ranging from IT Service managers, support staff, agents, admins, executives, etc. on a daily basis. The different interfaces like the Service Operations Workspace and the out-of-the-box reports are really valuable for a quick bootstrap, that will be fully functional since day one. It is easy to deploy with minimum or no customization. Being the most used capability of ServiceNow, there is a lot of knowledge around the community, but if customers face very specific issues, they could open a support case and get help from a very qualified staff of support engineers. I have been using SIIT for a while now, and it has significantly improved my daily work experience. This software is incredibly simple to use and extremely useful. The AI works exceptionally well and is very intuitive.

With SIIT, I no longer have to wait for days to get a response from HR, nor do I need to bother them with every little question. The tools are well-connected, and I can conveniently use it through Slack or Teams.

I appreciate the Session Replay feature because it is user-friendly. The implementation and integration of the feature are simple yet precise, allowing users to easily utilize and engage in frequent use.

The Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for User Session Replay displays important information (e.g., error count, environment, etc.) based on the session recording. Additionally, the replay of the user session section shows the exact rendering of the actions taken by the user, with individual entries featuring the action title and duration period. What do you like best about Datadog?

Datadog is pretty awesome, it's really powerful, we can add logs from our platforms, it tracks automatically the `console.errors` on the frontend, we can track the specific line when mappings are available, it allow us to track the CPU usage, it even can be connected to services like OpsGenie, or Slack or others, also it has support for IDEs which means we can open the error directly on our IDE, which is really awesome... but maybe the most important is that we can have a complete platform for control of our code/infra in one single place, as a FrontEnd developer, this help us also to track properly what the users see and replicate issues as closes as we can without bothering our customers. What do you dislike about Datadog?

It's really expensive, sometimes configuring a dashboard or specific monitors is really hard as the platform is too big, which feels overwhelming, meaning we can't properly find some parts or things like that, also for example on the error login I think it should work the opposite when creating a query using the filters, as we should start with nothing selected, and then we can start filtering, so it's not hard to find what we want... What problems is Datadog solving and how is that benefiting you?

We monitor all our infra with Datadog, also our platforms (Backend, Frontend applications) in just one single place, we even track some extra things on Datadog like third party API responses using the logging part... so we have full observability of what is happening in all the places. Slow web pages - we even had recently where our file server was changed out, and after doing so, consumers complained about a certain page loading slowly, and we were able to use FR to drill down into the call and see what component was causing the slow call.
