The fact it has capabilities to measure conversation tone and when reviewing agent calls allows supervisors to also see exactly what the agent did during the call is very nice. Compared to similar software, the ability to search for cases based on keywords or specific targets without already knowing exactly what you're looking for is buggy at best. It does glitch regularly enough to be considered a downside and has a habit of importing incomplete customer information or merging multiple unrelated entities into one. Honestly, the biggest win with Readymode is the dialing engine. That power dialer capability is a game changer. Our agents can blast through lists in a way manual dialing never allowed. We're talking reaching potentially hundreds of leads per hour, not just a handful, dramatically increasing contact rates. I also really appreciate the robust reporting; it gives clear visibility into agent activity and call outcomes right away. What do you dislike about Readymode?

It's not perfect, though. Sometimes the user interface feels a little dated compared to some newer platforms out there. While the core functions are solid, navigating certain settings or finding specific reports can occasionally be less intuitive than I'd like. What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Readymode, our team was stuck making manual dials, maybe hitting 20-30 leads an hour, mostly getting voicemails or no answers. It was incredibly inefficient and demoralizing. Readymode completely flipped that script by automatically connecting agents only to live people and skipping all the dead ends like busy signals and answering machines. Now, agents spend the majority of their time actually having conversations with prospects. What do you like best about MaxContact?

Since using MaxContact the company has seen a huge increase in a number of key stats including talk time and agent productivity.

Taking away the need to manually dial phone numbers (knowing that the system will do this for them) frees agents up to work on other tasks in the background.

The team were very quick in getting the system up and running for us.

Before moving to MaxContact each department was manually dialling. The progressive and predictive dialling options that are now available us mean that agents are speaking to more potential customers daily, which in turn is helping company sales volumes.

The use of dispositions allows us to cycle data accordingly, significantly reducing the amount of deals that we could lose.

The previous telephony system had very limited reporting functionality. With MaxContact we can pull detailed stats for each department and immediately establish any rooms for improvement.
