“A tool that actually makes your job easier”
What do you like best about Fellow?

Fellow has been amazing at taking detailed and accurate notes during meetings so that I can engage stakeholders more personally and don't have to worry about scribbling on my notepad constantly. It is easy to implement and integrates with my project management software, allowing me to pass off action items between tools seamlessly. I use it every single day during every meeting that I can. Whenever I encounter issues, the customer support team is quick to find or provide a solution for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

I don't find the meeting notes section all that useful. I end up just writing things down on paper anyway. I feel like in order for that feature to be useful, it needs to be more organized. Maybe even having its own section for recurring meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fellow is allowing me to be more present in my regular meetings by taking accurate and detailed notes for me, and by allowing me to rewatch my meetings with important information bookmarked and easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Perfect for organizing brainstorming sessions”
What do you like best about Mural?

One thing I really love about Mural is how it facilitates and smooths the collaboration between many teams, they can be anywhere. I mainly use it for brainstorm and writing out maps of the idea but it has been a great tool for visualizing the complex concepts. I can work with tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, because it really well integrates and it’s easy for me to share and communicate with my team in real time. It’s also a big time saving with the templates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

In some ways, Mural can be a little too feature rich of its own. The UI is great for frequent users but I've noticed that the new users might find it a bit difficult starting from where. Additionally, it can also lag a little when people are all editing at the same time, making collaborative sessions most fluid than I’d like. Overall, these are nuisances, but nuisances that should be observed nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mural was the tool that helped us up until most the main problem it resolved was to make collaboration from distant locations easier. It has given us the shared space to work in that allows us to have more productive brain storming sessions. It has helped run the workflow which has become easier to have everyone on the same page. That has been great as a solution that makes sure that all team members can work from anywhere and stay aligned during projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The Gold Standard of Strategic Product Building”
What do you like best about Aha!?

As a founder who's tried countless product management tools, Aha! stands apart for how it reshapes your entire approach to building products.

What sets it apart:

This isn't just feature-rich software — it's a thoughtful system that guides strategic thinking rather than just task management. The roadmapping is exceptional, but what really impressed me is how every interaction with their team has been gold standard: professional, thoughtful, and grounded.

Bottom line:

Aha! doesn't just solve problems; it fundamentally changes how teams think and operate. If you're serious about strategic product building, this platform will elevate your entire process.

Would I recommend? Absolutely. This is what best-in-class looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aha!?

Could use more native integrations with some of the newer tools in our stack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aha! forces us to connect every feature back to our core strategy and business goals. The "why" behind each decision becomes crystal clear, not just the "what" and "when." This has transformed how our entire team thinks about product development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Super Helpful for Meetings – Almost Perfect!”
What do you like best about tl;dv?

TLDV has made a big difference in how I manage meetings. The automatic transcriptions and summaries save me a ton of time, especially when I need to revisit specific points or share notes with my team. I also love the ability to tag key moments and quickly navigate through long recordings. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it integrates well with my existing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

Occasionally, the bot doesn’t join a scheduled meeting, or there's a slight delay in generating summaries. It’s rare, but it means I still have to double-check before fully relying on it. A bit more reliability would make it a perfect 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tl;dv solving and how is that benefiting you?

TLDV solves the problem of manual note-taking and missing key details during meetings. It helps me stay fully engaged in conversations without worrying about capturing every word. The ability to replay specific moments, generate summaries, and share clips with teammates means nothing gets lost — even when people miss the meeting. It's boosted my productivity, improved team alignment, and saved me hours each week in follow-up work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“By far the best way to collect feedback and feature requests from customer”
What do you like best about Canny?

I like that I can easily communicate with my customers if a feature request is possible or not, and it notifies everyone who upvoted the post. I also love how I can easily merge feature requests that are similar, so all upvotes count under a single feature request. This tool helps us prioritize what we want to do next! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canny?

We get a ton of feature requests, and it can be a bit overwhelming for our small team to manage all the feedback. But at least we have a public place where customers can share their opinions and suggestions, so their ideas don't get lost in an email thread where we just thank them for their feedback and say we'll think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canny solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us gather all the feedback we get into one public "forum" where customers can interact with each other. It kind of creates a sense of community too, especially when customers find workarounds for their feature requests together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Diligent Boards review”
What do you like best about Diligent Boards?

Diligent Boards is a board management software platform that creates stronger security, audit, compliance, assurance, and risk management. Teams can organise their activities in a centralised workflow and aggregate data for real-time decision-making and reporting. It's designed to enhance corporate governance with secure document sharing, efficient minutes management, and AI-powered features.  Get comprehensive visibility into the GRC data with ready-to-use dashboards and reports to deliver key insights to the board.

 Clarity and control for the agile enterprise.

NOTE:

B) The use of an intuitive interface and easy-to-navigate board meetings and document management tools.

C) Excellent Customer Service with highly responsive support.

DLH Cloud-Based Delivery

DLH SaaS is designed to take advantage of the efficiency and accessibility of a cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model and provide independence and agility along with a low and predictable total cost of ownership. They offer the following benefits:

A) Deployment decreases from months to days.

B) Powerful and continuously improving functionality.

C) Low TCO and predictable costs

D) No dependence on IT resources and in-house IT service costs

E) Easy user interface, Frequency of use and integration

F) Integrated risk and control analytics and monitoring

G) Accessible anywhere and from any device Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?

1) Occasional access issues, such as trouble with passwords after periods of non-use.

2) Limited functionality in certain areas, with some users wishing for more features.

3) Some users find document management frustrating, particularly when syncing notes or aligning presentations.

4) Navigation difficulties, especially for new users who may need time to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?

A) Deployment decreases from months to days.

DLH are designed with the philosophy of “convention over customisation,” enabling customers to immediately leverage configurable “out of the box” functionality vs. relying on heavy customisation, complexity, and the overhead costs it brings. Time to value with a SaaS delivery model is significantly lower than with on-premises solutions. This means that implementation times are typically measured in days vs. weeks or months for other solutions.

B) Powerful and continuously improving functionality.

DLH are enhanced with robust functionality, and product improvements are continuously delivered so that you do not need to wait for long release cycles or internal IT resources to use the latest product version. This ensures that the user interface and product features remain modern and up to date with business demands.

C) Low TCO and predictable costs

The SaaS delivery model takes away large upfront capital or implementation costs, making the ongoing costs much lower and more predictable than legacy on-premises alternatives.

D) No dependence on IT resources and in-house IT service costs

DLH services do not require new hardware, software, or IT support for initial implementation or ongoing maintenance. ISG can self-manage and focus on using the application for their business function, leaving the complexities of administrative management, application operation, and maintenance of the infrastructure to the DLH global operations team.

E) Easy user interface

DLH applications are designed with usability as a top priority, and very interactive, web-based interfaces mean that ISG can start using the software quickly.

F) Integrated risk and control analytics and monitoring

DLH will integrate seamlessly, providing an end-to-end technology and secure solution for all aspects of Corporate Governance from a single vendor.

G) Accessible anywhere and from any device

DLH are accessible to employees spread across multiple locations worldwide from their PC, smartphone, or tablet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless meeting capture and collaboration, especially for client-facing teams”
What do you like best about Claap?

As someone in a client-facing role, Claap has significantly improved how I manage meetings and follow-ups. The ability to record without adding a bot is a big plus. Like I can get the meeting notes without needing to manually type everything that happend in the meeting. Since post every call I had to share a minutes of meeting, it becomes difficult to track everything. I also use clip and save only the key parts of the call, which makes it easier to keep things focused.

It's integrated to other application, so I get the meeting recordings and updates directly after the meeting ends on a regular basis, no need to check another tool. I've also used Canvas feature to create a short intro video for new joiners in my team, and it was really simple to add a custom background. Lastly, the floating recorder icon is super helpful during urgent calls, when something comes up suddenly, I can start recording instantly without wasting time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

While the core features are strong, there have been usability issues. Occasionally, the platform crashes or lags, when starting a recording. I had to refresh the page a few times to get it working again. Another minor issue I noticed is with the Night Mode compatibility when I begin a recording while Night Mode is on, the screen reverts to normal brightness, which is disruptive during late-night calls. Also, the initial loading of the recorder sometimes feels a bit slow when jumping into last-minute meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Claap solved for me was avoiding those AI bots that join meetings and notify everyone about the recording. In my role, that felt too formal and often made clients uncomfortable. Claap lets me record meeting discreetly, which helps me stay professional while still capturing everything I need. Also, the ease of access really stands out, the floating recorder quickly starts recording during urgent or unplanned calls without digging through extentions or tools. It saves me time and lets me focus on the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avoma?

Avoma has been a game-changer for our organization. The AI-powered transcription and meeting summaries ensure that customer insights are captured and actionable next steps are clear for everyone. There are native integrations with Zoom, HubSpot (our current CRM), and other tools which have enhanced our workflows, making it easier to align teams and keep projects on track. Avoma has allowed our teams to focus more on strategic discussions rather than administrative tasks (such as having to ask "can someone please take notes"). We had a really easy implementation with a successful migration from our legacy tool, Gong. All of our customer intelligence was maintained and regenerated using Avoma's AI. Thus far, their customer support has been fantastic and respond to us via the chat or on Slack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

Since Avoma is a newer platform, they are iterating quickly, which means occasional minor bugs or the need to request new features. However, we have not experienced any major issues, and their team is highly responsive to feedback, consistently rolling out updates that we suggest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“"It fulfills its function, but it could be more agile."”
What do you like best about Boardable?

Probably a 7 out of 10. Actually, it has been useful to have everything from the meetings more organized. We are no longer looking for files all over the place or trying to remember who was supposed to do what. It works well if your team is not very large or if they are just starting to get more organized. I would recommend it, but with the caveat that it does have its quirks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Sometimes I feel like it makes me run around more than I need to. For example, finding certain documents or adjusting the schedule isn't always as straightforward, and that frustrates a bit when you're short on time. I've also noticed that some things load slowly or don't sync well with my calendar. What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Lot's of Features - Great Interface - Good Move”
What do you like best about Strety?

Strety takes EOS to the next level and integrates into Microsoft/Teams/Planner and our PSA for simplifying to dos and projects, follow-ups, etc. I like the clean interface and the different options to login online or directly in our Teams. I was able to get it setup in about an hour and the Strety team helped migrate our old data over to the new platform. It was super simple and has more features than the old platform we were using. Their team is really responsive on chat and quick to get things done. We absolutely love the confetti and GIFs to close things out, it makes the end of the meeting that much more fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Strety?

There are some learning curves for us moving from an old system. We would love to have the to-dos that are completed during the week still show up in our list so we can review before archiving them. There's not a whole lot we don't have the ability to do, or request from support and it shows up down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a place to track all of our EOS rocks, issues, and to-dos and Strety is the best option of all the platforms we've used to get that done. They've added some nice functionality for individual 1x1 meetings and scorecards can flow up from other meetings to a higher level meeting. We would like to see greater reporting and analytics capabilities, perhaps with the option to feed key usage details into a data lake so that we can generate our own insights from the data using our own BI tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

The UserVoice system allows us with an easy way to capture ideas and feedback from a user population of 30,000 users. The ideas that are popular among our dealers bubble up to the top through voting, and we also use this feedback to spot trends with issues or bugs in our system, and to drive ongoing product development activity. “HireBook is great for start-ups!”
What do you like best about Hirebook?

We are a start-up of 20 employees and used HireBook to improve communications with the marketing and revenue teams. HireBook is easy to use and well-suited for small teams. Their customer service is excellent. We used the tool to organize agenda for team meetings as well as get individual weekly updates from each member of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hirebook?

There are some small bugs with the tool (e.g. some meetings don't sync well with google calendar). Scott has been amazing at fixing these things for us super quickly, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hirebook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improved team communications without the burdens of comms / project management tools. As a small team, we needed an intuitive UI to get us started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Excellent service!”
What do you like best about Ideawake?

Ideawake is a good product; it helps or organization track new ideas from start to finish. It is easy to use with little or no training required for end users. The team has been very responsive to our issues and we have built an excellent rapport with our support team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideawake?

Our implementation included a migration of data from an old system over to Ideawake. We were able to map the majority of our data from our old system over to Ideawake, but getting the proper reports/dashboards set up has been a bit challenging as there were key metrics that we wanted to continue reporting the same way we did in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideawake solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ability to tie the original innovative ideas to an "experiment" or "proof of concept" and ultimately deployment of the idea(s) has been beneficial; nice to tie all of those pieces together in one spot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Way more than a meeting recorder, Grain is a Game-Changer!”
What do you like best about Grain?

Grain allows us to quickly & easily review, analyze, and share the key moments that matter most to our clients and team development. The automated insights and coaching capabilities have been invaluable in driving growth and refining our strategies for both client coaching and team development.

We have a lot of neurodivergent team members & clients so we use grain for every single call even one offs or impromptu calls (those are where the magic happens half the time). We really love how Grain allows us to stay fully engaged in our calls, knowing we can easily revisit details whenever needed.

Their support team has been really awesome and communicative whenever we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grain?

If you use hubspot its got a native integration, alas, I do not use hubspot so I gotta do a bit more work to get the recaps etc integrated into my client notes & other automations. Thats really the only dislike and its not even a biggie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Grain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prevents Loss of Ideas and Insights, Improves Coaching and Feedback, Increases Efficiency, Enhances Accountability and Clarity, Boosts Productivity in Follow-Up. Overall, Grain is a powerhouse for my company's operations, ensuring that we’re organized, accountable, and continually improving our service—making it a key asset in delivering top-notch client experiences and empowering our team.
