What do you like best about Connecteam?

I really like the ability to see employees hours and location in real time. I like being able to a correct, add notes easily and quickly. It's great to be able to communicate with the employee via chats to ask them questions about their hours. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I'd like to be able to alter the time sheet in it's PDF view a little bit more. To be able to add columns that I'd like to see. We also have a lot of different types of time keeping. Different Rates, piece work, prevailing wage, per diem, mileage etc. and it isn't easy/almost impossible to get these on a time sheet in way that we can use. I have to do almost everything through notes. And when I do that, the other rates etc. do not total on their own, I still have to do the math by hand. Customer service was able to add columns for mileage and per diem for us, however they will not show up on the PDF timesheet, only on the screen on my desktop. So we have some employees that this will simply not work for and we have not been able to integrate them into having digital timesheets through Connecteam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been excellent in our scheduling department. It has made scheduling and communication a lot easier and more efficient. It also enables us to see how many hours have been worked on a job in real time rather than waiting for time sheets to be turned in at the end of the payroll cycle. It's also a lot faster to get the info needed for me to do the payroll. I can just download timesheets and get their total hours instantly. What do you like best about Gusto?

I have used Gusto at two workplaces. When I moved to the second workplace, they used spreadsheets to track time before. This was tedious, messy, and resulted in human error monthly. I was thrilled when they chose to implement Gusto and it has made daily time tracking so much easier! The time tracking feature is easily accessible on the home screen or on my phone via the app, so even if I am working offsite, I can still clock in and out easily wherever I am!

Truly the only improvement I can think of for Gusto is to allow for expense submissions in the app. Currently, I take pictures of receipts on my phone and then have to email them to myself to upload them to Gusto on my laptop. The invoice and process is relatively simple. payment processing is simple from a business standpoint. I started using Bill almost 3 years ago and I can say I have never been disappointed. In addition the customer support staff responds quickly and is very polite.

I love the idea that I get rewards basically three times. My loyalty rewards from hotels and flight lines and then Navan rewards us when booking, AND they give us cash back for all employee bookings. I also love how professional the itineraries and trip plans are presented to our employees. Everyone takes control by booking what they need within policy. Very easy to set up and it also integrates with Expensify and other tools you might use. Customer Support is very responsive. I use it for all client and employee travel. What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

I love that Chrome River takes the paper shuffle of our expense reimbursement process out of the equation. It's completely electronic from start to finish. Approvals flow through e-mail and are super-easy (just click the green "Accept" button!) for our attorneys and staff. This has ultimately shortened the time from expense report entry to reimbursement, resulting in happier employees.

Also, automated routing ensures that all appropriate approvals for the particular expense amount or type are obtained. It's a very sleek, sophisticated, yet simple to use system. I would recommend it to any organization looking to improve their expense reimbursement experience!

Chrome River offers annual conferences to update their customers of new features, best practices, what's coming, etc. I attended the conference in 2025 in Nashville and it was their best ever! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

Though Emburse has made great strides in reporting through their Emburse Analytics portal, I don't like that only one creator license is included with our subscription. We need to pay for additional licenses to create reports. And while the reports you can create are very flexible - you can report and filter on just about any field - you are only limited to 5000 records in the output file. So, I think Analytics has a little ways to go to be more useful. And I think Emburse should grant at least two creator licenses for each customer as part of the regular monthly subscription. What problems is Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easier visibility into pending expense reports (who is holding up the reimbursement?), paperless environment (no more expense reports milling around the firm, with potential for getting lost), all approvals ensured (no more "sending them back" for additional approvals because they weren't obtained the first time). What do you like best about Fyle?

I really appreciate how user-friendly the Fyle app is—it makes it easy to scan receipts on the go, before they get lost. The Gmail integration is another great feature that simplifies adding receipts directly from my inbox. Overall, it has drastically reduced the time my team and I spend tracking credit card expenses. What do you dislike about Fyle?

There are a few technical issues that can be frustrating. First, our company card occasionally disconnects from the platform, which creates a major headache for both our team and the accounting team, as we have to manually track down expenses we assumed were already syncing. Second, if I upload and split a receipt before the corresponding expense hits the credit card and syncs with Fyle, the system doesn’t recognize the split—resulting in a duplicate entry. Since I prefer to upload receipts right away to avoid losing them, this becomes an issue, especially with vendors like Amazon where purchases often show up as multiple charges. In those cases, I have to delete my original entry and go through the entire splitting and receipt-matching process again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

Our experience with Bill.com has been extremely disappointing. Their verification process is an absolute nightmare — we were asked to submit the same documents 4-5 times, and even after doing so, they continued to flag issues without providing any clear resolution.

What made this worse was the quality of their support. Every interaction with their support team felt like going in circles — no real ownership, no actionable guidance, just the same scripted responses that don’t actually address the problem. It's clear that their internal processes and customer support infrastructure are broken.

We chose Bill.com expecting it to simplify our AR workflows — instead, it created more headaches and delays. We’ve wasted far too much time on something that should be straightforward. What do you like best about Motus Vehicle?

What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?

Nonstop popups to share location. I choose not to share location and dismiss the popup, but then on the VERY next page it pops up again. Horrible implementation to prompt a user more than once in a "session". This is UX 101 stuff.

As for actual functionality, the GUI for favorites / common locations could be improved with 5 min of coding.

The app and experience in general shows a clear "we own marketshare therefore don't need to innovate" approach. You could teach a high school class dedicated to "foolish mistakes that Apps make" on this app alone. But they likely dont care because they have the market cornered? Anyone who enters this space with an app that actually understands the user experience will dominate in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NetSuite?

I have been using Netsuite for past 3 years. Netsuite is one of the best accounting software i have used. It is easy to use and come with lots of features, security. As i use this software on daily basis. Its easy to integrate this with other software's. Implementation process is also smooth and quick, Implementation team is well knowledgeable and problem solver. I reached out to customer support multiple times for some issues and they are easily approachable. With the help of this software Accounting is smooth its also helping us in other framework. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I like this product but there are some issues which i faced during my usage. As a user I have to post multiple transfer entries from one bank account to other. so I cant do this via upload csv for this i have to do multiple manual entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Netsuite is mainly helping us in Accounting. It helps us in monitoring Inventory accurately and recording accounts payable via PO. This is very helpful and make our work easy. With the help of this we can easily monitor inventory, In this way it is helping us.
