SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! I wish we could send internal email to the users without the HS branding, this is such and obvious fix and don't know why we are forced to use this. Also why doesn´t HS support IMAP email sync, using the chrome plugin is a good integration but doesn´t sync emails when users send via mobile device unless they use the mobile app and its just not part of the regular users workflow. IMAP sync would also provide a historical sync for all past user/ contact communication making onboarding from another CRM to HS way better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all of the tools it provides, frankly. There's such a depth of utility that I haven't gotten around to using them all, and I'd consider myself a power user. I'm currently building some dashboards, managing Reputation for about 200 entities, and use it every business day. I find its tools are reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

I would like more clarity on metrics. And I'm not the only one around who'd like that - many people in my company say the same thing. If the Reputation score for a given entity is a rolling average — or a rolling metric of any kind, really — then it's critical to explain what time frames are being factored into each rolling average. I don't know if my response rate, for example, counts toward my score based on data from the last 3 months, the last month, the last 2 years, the last year... nothing. And none of the Reputation score components offer any clarity on how their rolling timeframes are determined. I'm not asking for the proprietary formula — and frankly, I think it's anything more than a minor risk to Reputation's market share, even if the formula was public. What do you dislike about Publer?

Most of my complaints are tiny interface quirks, but whenever I flag them, the support team either fixes the issue outright or explains the rationale behind the design. The one thing that does annoy me is the strict separation between workspaces. We run sister companies, so our social channels sit in different workspaces; if I publish a post from Workspace A, I can't automatically share, like, or comment on it using accounts that live in Workspace B. What do you like best about NiceJob?

I learned how important Google reviews are, but I wasn't consistently asking for reviews. NiceJob easily integrated with my CRM and automatically started asking my customers for Google reviews.

I know I can fo even more, but this was so easy and affordable and way better than what I was (wasn't) doing.

It helped me more than double my revenue in the year since I started. It also helped me dramatically lower my marketing costs because the reviews caused Google to send MANY more leads my way that value 5 star reviews.

I also have been able to raise my prices because the reviews help people who value great service find me. The Google algorithm seems to love consistent, 5 star, descriptive reviews and Nicejob is delivering those.

What do you like best about Semrush?

I really like all the features they have added, but what I like best is all the support features they have brought on now that they are scaling the company. They have many different options to lean how to use the tools through one on one, group sessions, the academy. It can be very overwhelming starting out - and I had tried it last year and cancelled - but this time they have the customer success side of things dialled in a bit more. I do feel like everytime I go to a different toolkit I get brought up to having to pay more for different features. I wish the bundles covered more of the add ons, if that was the case I would probably pick the guru to know what my set costs are and I can use most of the services. What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?

We implemented Cloud Campaign to better oversee the social media accounts for the 30 properties we manage. In the past, some content being posted didn’t meet our standards. With Cloud Campaign, we can now review and approve posts before they go live, while also providing direct feedback to ensure consistent, high-quality content across all accounts. The approval process is easy and the platform itself is very user friendly offering many great tools. Customer support has been great and very responsive with any issues we have run into. Currently there is an issue with resizing images after users have submitted for approval.
