Netsuite is mainly helping us in Accounting. It helps us in monitoring Inventory accurately and recording accounts payable via PO. This is very helpful and make our work easy. I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. 1. QuickBooks Online often requires changing the account type and detail type for all Line of Credit accounts. Using the 'Line of Credit' detail type typically causes an error, so I must select 'Credit Card' or 'Other Liabilities/Loan Payable' instead.

2. Subscription fees have been increasing more frequently, making it costlier over time.

3. Report customization is limited, some reports that are available in the desktop version can't be generated in QuickBooks Online for clients.

1. I used to convert PDF statements to Excel in order to upload transactions manually. Now, with the bank connection feature and date range selection, transactions are automatically downloaded for me.

- Only thing I can think of is that you need to create crypto gain/loss accounts in QBO because, as a result of QBO, they cant value transactions in USDC.
