I'd like to be able to alter the time sheet in it's PDF view a little bit more. To be able to add columns that I'd like to see. We also have a lot of different types of time keeping. Different Rates, piece work, prevailing wage, per diem, mileage etc. and it isn't easy/almost impossible to get these on a time sheet in way that we can use. I have to do almost everything through notes. And when I do that, the other rates etc. do not total on their own, I still have to do the math by hand. Customer service was able to add columns for mileage and per diem for us, however they will not show up on the PDF timesheet, only on the screen on my desktop. It has been excellent in our scheduling department. It has made scheduling and communication a lot easier and more efficient. It also enables us to see how many hours have been worked on a job in real time rather than waiting for time sheets to be turned in at the end of the payroll cycle. It's also a lot faster to get the info needed for me to do the payroll. I can just download timesheets and get their total hours instantly. The one area I think could use improvement is multi-company access. I manage HR for four different companies, which means I need to maintain four separate logins. It would be incredibly helpful to have a unified dashboard or single sign-on—especially since some of our employees work across multiple entities. Sometimes, if you wait till Monday morning to fill out your timesheets, the system will have auto-switched the boxes over to that current week. So, you have to remember to go back one week in the calendar first, otherwise you will mistakenly put in time for the current week that hasn't happened yet. Then you supervisor has to go fix it. Overall, Hireology has been helpful in managing our hiring process, but the chat feature has been disappointing. It’s hard to track updates in conversations because there’s no clear indication of what’s new or what’s been added since the last time you checked. This makes it easy to miss important messages from candidates or internal team members.

A simple highlight or timestamp of new messages would make a big difference. Without it, the chat feels clunky and less efficient than it should be, especially when managing multiple applicants at once.

Disorganized Hiring Process:

Trying to be helpful, I always think of ways to improve things. The only downside I can recently think of with Uattend is the ability to assist people when they have log-in issues.
