I like how stackoverflow for teams makes it easy for new employees/interns to investigate techniques used in a company. It makes you responsible for looking it up and stops you from asking for help.

Some features I like are: - Points and rewards earned - Ability to tag others to answer questions - Voting feature - Slack integration

I really enjoy having a solution which is so close to the commonly used Stack Overflow solution for our teams as well. My favourite feature for sure is the powerfull search, which helps you find the questions and answers very quickly
