I really enjoy having a solution which is so close to the commonly used Stack Overflow solution for our teams as well. My favourite feature for sure is the powerfull search, which helps you find the questions and answers very quickly

I'm using Stack Overflow for Teams for a side business. We sell a technically sophisticated product and all the ordering, assembly, site management, etc, is done by a small team otherwise known as "my family." Everyone has different aspects of the business that they are the ones most familiar with. Many, many tasks are only done once in a while, yet it's imperative that they are done quickly and correctly when needed. Each time I find myself wondering "wait, what's the procedure for that again?" I add a question to my SO Teams instance. I get whoever has the expertise on it to write the answer, and, when I use the answer again, I edit over time to improve it.
Keeping track of all of these kinds of details was stressful because I would forget the details in the sporadic intervals between needing to do infrequent tasks. Knowing that the answers to "how do I do X" will be at my fingertips with a quick search has completely removed that source of stress from my life.
As a software engineer, I use the public Stack Overflow all the time for this kind of thing--details about how to set up my git environment that I only use when starting a new job, for example. I'm extremely happy that I can use the same kind of knowledge retrieval for other parts of my life. I highly recommend to any small business owner like myself--or any large one for that matter. Tribal knowledge is so hard to capture, but SO Teams makes it easy and pleasant to do.
