I get the same experience of stack overflow except that the answers are easier to find instead of having to sort through slack messages

It changed the way we are interacting with teams on their questions. it helps a lot for knowledge management.

It allows for a very quick and easy system for staff to ask questions to other staff members to get a good answer and then it's saved for everyone to use later so we don't waste time answering the same questions
