Most helpful is the ability to pose questions directly to my team members and employ their experience without needing to anonymize my question too much for potentially sensitive project information. I like that there is a daily digest that keeps me up to date with what is going on with my team and lets me see at a glance if there is anything I can contribute to.

There are lot of things. You can tag your questions per discipline and then follow and filter them.

Issues can be easily and quickly addressed with proper tags.
