Our unusual activity detection is highly valued by many of our customers as the added layer of compliance helps them feel confident in who they are hiring.

You make an excellent point about referees not answering the phone to unfamiliar numbers. In terms of completing reference checks outside of business hours, did you know with Xref 65% of our reference checks are completed outside of business hours? Being able to complete a reference check in your own time is especially useful for companies who do remote or overseas hiring.

With regard to your feedback around email notifications when a reference is complete, this feature is automatically turned on for all our customers so perhaps it is getting caught up in a spam filter.
