What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Accruals don't show real time. We have been in implementation for two years now because of the system not being able to do what we were told. Is costing us several thousands of dollars to get the system to do what we were told the system could do. TCP wants thousands more to integrate one of their own scheduling system to TCP.
