It was a straightforward installation and user-friendly for our employees. Most of the customer service representatives are very knowledgeable about their products. Everyone is very patient and kind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have called for assistance through customer service and spent a minimum of one hour on the phone with a man. He told me he didn't know how to fix it and that I should re-do everything I had already done and call our customer service if it happened again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

There are so many options for reporting and creating reports. The customizable dashboard was one of my favorites. I liked the excellent customer service we received whenever there was a challenge. They walked us through the situation and helped us receive a solution every time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

It was a challenge that I could only see 100 team members at a time on the dashboard. As we grew, it would have been nice to have a few options to sort by or to see them all at one time. Still a great product though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is unstable and sometimes frustration to log in and out with geofencing. I would sometimes be in the middle of the geofence area and it would still give me an error message that I am in within the geofence zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
