The text input is buggy (trying to use snake_case in code blocks italicizes the code for instances, which from what I can tell doesn't happen on regular SO). Also, the bounty system works identically to regular SO, which I see as a problem because it doesn't encourage long-unanswered questions to be resolved since team members have to sacrifice their own karma to get a question answered.
