For individuals, power email users, and small businesses, the free Email App plan includes a smart inbox for one email address, 1:1 video calls, and 1 GB of storage. Paid Email App plans provide unified inbox support for multiple email addresses, increased storage, and unlimited access to AI features.

The free Spike Teamspace account includes a complimentary @spike.team email address, 60 days of search history, 15 GB storage space, AI tools, and more.

Paid team plans add custom email domains (free for one year), unlimited search history, expanded storage (up to 1 TB), and additional enterprise features.

All Spike plans include essential features such as conversational email, priority inbox, voice messaging, video calls, collaborative notes, and AI tools for enhanced productivity.

"Why SPIKE Works for Business Owners with ADHD"

What do you like best about Spike?

As a business owner with ADHD, managing email has always been a challenge. Traditional inboxes are cluttered, overwhelming, and time-consuming, making it difficult to stay on top of important messages while maintaining efficiency. What do you dislike about Spike?

The built-in task and notes feature is useful, but it lacks some of the deeper functionalities that dedicated task management tools offer. Enhancements like due dates, recurring tasks, subtasks, and integration with external project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp) would make it even more effective for business owners managing multiple priorities. What problems is Spike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional email platforms slow down communication with rigid structures and unnecessary back-and-forth, while their cluttered interfaces make managing messages overwhelming. The constant need to jump between email, chat, and project management tools wastes valuable time and disrupts focus. Spike solves this by streamlining email into a chat-style interface that feels natural and intuitive, making it easier to respond quickly without the mental fatigue of long, formal emails. By combining email, messaging, and collaboration tools in one place, Spike eliminates the need for multiple apps, reducing cognitive overload and allowing me to work more efficiently. Instead of struggling with complicated folder structures or an inbox full of distractions, I can focus on what matters, communicate effortlessly, and move through tasks without feeling bogged down.
