349 SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) Reviews

Snaplogic platform simplifies complex data workflows. It makes easy for me and the other users, to connect and manage data across various systems. The drag and drop interface reduce the time needed for setup and integration. And SnapLogic offers many features, including real time data processing. Other good thing about snaplogic is it flexibility, beacuse when I try to connect cloud applications it handles it very well.So I think SnapLogic makes complex data management tasks feel easy. One area that could be improved is customer support. While the support team is helpful, response times can sometimes be slower than expected, especially during busy periods. So, quicker and more detailed support would definitely make the experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Snaplogic has low code interface which has minimum code writing in the time of data transformations thanks to mapper snaps it hugely helps. It has integrated many number of features which helps in batch processing and real time data curations effective , the best feature in it is SnapGPT which helps in summarizing and pipeline building somewhat automated.its very easy to use and customer support response is quick. The monitoring page is keep on changing as i think they are undergoing development process but their is no proper documentation for the ongoing developments / developed interface, this a bit complex to monitor my production pipeline logs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most cool feature of snaplogic is the validation part which helps to understand and visualise how the data is being travelled from source to the detsination between each and every snap. The upside of snaplogic is that it is very easy to learn and adapt because I started as a fresher and learnt snaplogic and its 6 years now but there is no looking back from then. The one downside that I think and feel about snaplogic is that it does not offer more coding support where some complex logic requiring code which involves the modules and packages to be installed this is not possible until we have a groundplex. Also I feel that one more thing is that the perfect community and help should be made available more so that there will be many more people coming and using the platform. Also the support for learning and material is less in the youtube and the snaplogic official channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The first thing i liked is which is easy to use the snaps has "?" symbol which will take you to the documentation of the snap and will make user understand how to implement or design his pipeline. Frequently i work on designer section which has drag and drop feature for the snaps. The snap name "REST GET" was showing not to use and informed the users before only so that in future our pipelines won't suffer with errors which is good for customer support, like it informed in advanced as "not recommended" for REST GET. The views option in the snaps will help to manage the input outputs as per my requirement which makes easy to integrate the snaps.
I copy the pipeline and snaps and use it frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Snaplogic recently changed the interface of pipeline monitoring which was 'dashboard' and now it is 'monitor' , before the interface was really good and was easy to understand. Now i have to go in table configuration and filters to view select and filter. And then again to select "not running, running, stopped, completed, executing, errors" and then we will get to see our pipeline. Before we will get to see all pipeline on just selecting time duration and project but now we have to do filtering, for every pipeline and project.
Also if snaplogic can make this possible that who edited or deleted pipeline in versioning part which will make our pipelines more secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many best things about this platform. But the most best thing I personally like is the drag and drop UI of snaps and low code interface. Have been using this from 5-6 years and now the great feature SnapGPT helped me in automate my pipelines creation and integrating new block of snaps into my pipeline that generated from SnapGPT .And need to appreciate the customer support response time, when things gone down they helped with quick resolutions.Support data transformation using expressions in mappers and scripts snaps. Their is no Change data capture snap for databases like aws and others, most of my pipelines fails by saying snap memory issue and memory exhaust of snaplex node ,this makes to retry running the pipelines multiple times and notifying users with pro failures . Snaplogic has a robust automation and scalability. Also it provides a drag-and-drop interface that simplifies building and managing integrations. Pre built snaps makes it very easy for new users to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although SnapLogic is designed for scalability, but sometimes user face performance bottlenecks when dealing with very high data volumes or extremely complex pipelines.
Organizations with very specific customization needs, tight budgets, or advanced performance requirements might face some problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
what I like the most about the snaplogic is the no-code but visual workflows building with vast number of snaps and expression mappers which optimize the integration development .And also the snapgpt AI assistant is very usefull in automating the pipeline construction ,this has been my new like of snaplogic. And also thanks to time saving customer support interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dislike of snaplogic is its documentation of connectors, as when u knowing about a new snap and its use in my case ,when refered to documentation of individual snap ,its somewhat not detailed informative and their are no good examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about SnapLogic is how easy it is to set up and start using—it doesn’t take much time or technical skills, which is perfect for smaller teams or just a few users. We use it pretty often because it saves time and simplifies connecting different apps and data sources. The ease of integration is a big plus—it works smoothly with a wide range of systems, and that really helps non-technical users get things done faster without needing help from developers. The built-in tools and smart suggestions make building workflows quick and smooth. Plus, their customer support has been really helpful whenever we had questions, which makes the whole experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about SnapLogic is that the pricing is a bit high for individual like me. Also, while the platform is user-friendly, some of the more advanced features can take time to learn. Occasionally, error messages aren’t very clear, which makes troubleshooting a bit tricky. It would be great if there were more in-depth tutorials or guides for complex use cases. It is very easy to use and straight to the point. Just implement your pipeline, then create a task and you are good to go. Oh very nice guy, that Frank from customer support, easy to talk to and he ensures that he guides you to what you want to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mhmm, I do not like the secret manager of the accounts. When you connect Snaplogic with GitHub, it just exposes everything in a JSON format, passwords, emails etc. This messes up the CI/CD flows. Some snaps, like the HTTP Client, does not have some features you would have if you are using JavaScript fetch. With the Remote Python script, why do I have to run it in a separate container that exists outside Snaplogic... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SnapLogic has made my data tasks much smoother and faster. The platform has a clean layout, and I was able to build pipelines without needing to write too much code. What I like the most is the ease of use, especially for someone who doesn’t come from a hardcore coding background. It connects well with different systems, which shows the strong ease of integration it offers. The number of features available also helped me explore various ways to automate my workflows. It saves both time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could be better is the initial learning curve it took some time to fully understand how to build more complex pipelines. The tool itself is powerful, it would help if there were more guided tutorials for beginners. Also, sometimes responses from customer support are a bit delayed when facing tricky issues. While the Ease of Implementation is good once you're familiar, the first few steps can feel a bit confusing. My frequency of use is medium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
