Honestly, there’s very little to critique. Our engineering team conducted extensive testing before we moved forward, so we had full confidence in the platform’s capabilities. The Sequence team has built a great product that does what they say it will do. Our ability to schedule billing for a variety of complex agreements and then easily sync customer usage is a huge win. Since it is a pretty new product, there are some basic quality of life features that haven't been built yet that more mature products have. We have 50+ usage-based products, so being able to send accurate invoices for our custom contracts was very important.
