What I like most about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is that it allows me to manage the entire sales process in one place, from quotes to invoices. Before I had to use several systems and that complicated everything, now I save a lot of time and avoid errors. I also like that I can see in real time how my sales are going and that helps me make better decisions without so much pressure. In general, it makes my daily work much easier and gives me peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like so much is that, to do more complicated things like special pricing or combos, you need someone who knows quite a bit about Salesforce or programming, because it's not something you can easily do on your own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part, without a doubt, is how it connects the entire sales process. From the moment someone shows interest to closing the deal, everything flows without having to jump between a thousand platforms. I really like how flexible it is to configure products and prices, and the automatic approvals feature saves me a lot of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is that at first it can be a bit convoluted to set up, especially if you don't have a lot of experience. Sometimes the more advanced features feel a bit complicated and you end up asking for help to understand them well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend Salesforce Revenue Cloud, especially to teams already invested in the Salesforce ecosystem. It provides a powerful, flexible solution for managing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), billing, and revenue recognition in one place. The integration with other Salesforce products makes the data flow seamless and helps reduce manual errors across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That said, there’s a learning curve, especially for organizations new to Salesforce. Admin and developer support is crucial to get the most out of it. But once configured properly, it significantly improves quote accuracy, speeds up deal cycles, and supports revenue forecasting with greater confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is so much you can do with this program. So much detail when it comes to organize the leads to get on the day. I can the date when they inquire, the time line, the program of interest, there is a section for notes. The best part is that it adapts to any department in our organization so now we all can work on the same program sense we all have a section to work on. Is an easy integration and ease to use program. We use SalesForce every day is just we are able to make are dials and connect with people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As much as I like all the tabs and options. Sometimes can be changeling to find something. You do have to click a few times to get where you want to be just to find a peace of information and them return all the way back to continue. I really don't like that it doesn't recognize that I have it open. For example I am working on a lead inside of SF and a team member share another lead through zoom when I click on the link it open a new SF window instead of just another tab.
