What I like about ControlMap is that we use ControlMap to help manage workflows. One thing I like about ControlMap is its ability to break down complex processes into simple, understandable diagrams. ControlMap is a fairly new player in the compliance field, it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles of an enterprise software that has been around for much longer. But I must admit that where they stand after this short period of time, how their business is structured, and how they address customer issues is one of those "take over by providing better service" things, which is a winning strategy in any business. ControlMap is an easy-to-use tool for capturing the necessary controls and evidence related to Cybersecurity Frameworks. Its ability to work with the most relevant frameworks allows the practitioner to ensure that the correct information can be captured, audited, and reviewed when necessary.
