I think ControMap is missing certain controls. For example, I couldn't find a control for specifically PCI DSS 4.0 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ControlMap is easy to use and simple. There is not too much ceremony needed to get the job done. When I first used it, I wasn't exactly sure what needed to be done, but once I became familiar it became quite easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is a bit slow. This is frustrating when going through and reading and acknowledging a long list of documents, becuase you have to run into the slowness many times. The auth flow is a bit weird. It seems that it does not support integrating with Okta so we cannot use our normal SSO. Additionally, when logging in with Google, it redirects you many times and shows tiny text on the screen saying (you are about to be redirected) a few times which all seems somewhat unnecessary and unprofessional.
