44 ScalePad ControlMap Reviews
ControlMap lets you customize everything. The CMMC framwork allows you to write responses at the subobjective level and map everthing relevant to an individual control. Policies, evidence, action items and other controls are all linked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could customize, upload, export and build my own assessments, frameworks, control sets, and reports easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They put alot of effort implementing integrations, frameworks, etc. and provide weekly feedback on the product and landscape Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot think of any downfalls of ControlMap but if I had to pick a negative I do not like the common assessment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of assessing and governing our customers compliance requirements. We would not be able to provide Compliance readiness assistance without it. When selecting a venor, ControlMap seemed to be ahead of the game in the important areas. Customer support is very responsive to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a general dislike for consolidation of tools under one company. Likely Kasaya ptsd. I hope ScalePad does not turn into the next Kasaya. I do look forward to integrations of LCI and ControlMap for client QBRs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ScalePad's ControlMap really is an all-in-one solution, the ease of use and customer support are some of the best that I have seen across all the software we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obviously, being a newer solution, there are still some features that are missing, but they have a recommendation page for new suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I woudl prefer more of risk assessment to be included within the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is very intuitive and easy to use. The best, most useful part of the ControlMap system are the online reminders with links to test that I need to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downsides I can name for ControlMap are the multiple log in credentials that I need to save to login in through the seperate windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ControlMap provides the framework to tackle the large task of becoming ISO 27001 compliant. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at time and I find ControlMap to help us divide all the work that is needed into manageable chunks. And after seeking proposals from multiple vendors, which was based on features/funcationality/user experience and price, we found this to be the best of all elements. Now that we have been using ControlMap for six months, we are pleased with the experience and price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a younger version of other providers, so occasionally you find something that seems off. Our representatives have been good to work with and help us through any issues, all of which have been minor so far. Also - you can generally get to a destination (i.e. a Control) via different routes (e.g. the framework overview, the Risk register, etc..), but sometimes that step is not always intuitive. I like that all compliance documents are stored in one place and are easy to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the system can be glitchy - e.g. creating an inability to click on a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
