What are some of your favorite (less known) Salesforce tricks?

I'm trying to become a much better user than I am now. Any advice would be helpful. Even if you think it is a well known tip or trick, please respond. I want to become a power user and I think this is the best platform for this feedback and advice.

What are the ways you plan to add more functionality to your CRM platform for free?

If you look at the ways Hubspot is adding more value to its products all the time it would be interesting to see if Salesforce have the same approach planned to maintain competitiveness
