All in one place, Salesforce let’s us record so all can see what point in the process our customers or prospects or referral partners may be in.

That question depends on your use case (use case is how you plan on using a CRM). There are hundreds of CRM's out there, and often times we find many businesses using SalesForce just because it's the most well known CRM. However, it often times is way more CRM than the business needs and as a result, they end up paying too much for what they need.
