What do you like best about Remote People?

- Lower cost than any of the quotes I got from other Employer of Record companies serving those regions

-Operates throughout LATAM: I was able to hire some developers in Brazil as well as some in Mexico.

-Also supports ongoing payroll and compliance. It was easy to implement the combined recruitment/EOR Package meant I didn't have to shell out separately for onboarding and payroll.

Working with remote people totally changed the way we handle global hiring esp in argentina. when we started growing into latin america we ran into a bunch of issues trying to figure out argentinas labor laws and payroll rules. remote peoples eor service ended up being just what we needed. now we can hire and manage folks in argentina without stressing over all the legal stuff. the platform’s super easy to use and helps us keep track of payroll employee stuff and benefits without getting lost. they handle all the admin and legal work so we were able to grow our team there fast and smooth. their support team’s been really helpful anytime we hit a bump too.
