I'm pretty certain they are able to configure anything we would ever need it to. Their customer support is also incredible and have been super helpful anytime we've needed their assistance. Ordway's platform flexibility is really impressive. However, the extreme flexibility could make it difficult to identify the most effective 'best practices' approach to one's specific use cases. Would highly recommend working closely with their onboarding team to understand the exact end to end workflow you are looking to implement.
