There's a lot to say about OAC. The OAC integrated with ADW has first and foremost enhanced our performance with BI Cloud Solution 60% in all fields. I would definitely suggest that you sign up for a supplementary check and check to ensure a product meets what the client needs. Using a free test to complete an end-to-end replication of our BICS production system, we were able to migrate from BIC Cloud service to OAC to resolve the migrate and also ensure quick and easy movements once the agreement was signed. It is beneficial to collaborate with teams in order to allow rapid and decisive activities. Moreover, the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence to gain greater knowledge is very interesting during analytical process and predictive analysis. What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?

The most important drawback I have experienced is that we would not be able to identify the cause of the error if an error occurs while running a report or trying to back up a data package. OBICs are extremely customizable and can be used for data analytics, reporting and maintenance by small to medium-sized companies. It is highly dependent on correct and good data quality to use this reporting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because SQL queries are written and data sets created, it can handle user needs that would be complex on the on-prim system otherwise efficiently. Furthermore, it would be good if users could plan the collection of data for data sets to allow for the collection of large data from the backend without affecting end users. There are many things to like concerning OAC. First and foremost, OAC integrated with ADW has boosted our performance over BI Cloud Solution by 60% throughout all disciplines. Oracle supplies totally free trial credit histories for OAC. My recomendation would certainly be to signup for a complimentary trial and examination drive the product to guarantee it meets all of your corporate needs. When upgrading from BI Cloud Service to OAC, we were able to utililize the free test to stand up an end-to-end duplicate of our BICS manufacturing setting to overcome the upgrade and also make sure a fast as well as very easy movement once we signed the agreement. What do you like best about Oracle Analytics Cloud?

The fact that it operates as both an enterprise and ad hoc solution means it's very powerful. We can have canned reports with the classic interface for our repeatable dashboards and analyses, and users can create their own visualisations with the Data Visualiser. What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?

A lot of focus has gone into the DV and certain analysis types are not available on the classic interface. Sankey diagrams are an example I'd like to use but they aren't available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?

There are definitely some challenges in with some of the reporting, I don't like the fact that it has limits on 60,000 rows, especially in cases where that is definitely not the case. The gauge graph doesn't seem to work quite right most of the time. Changing the backup storage user password every 60 days. I don't feel that error codes are always very helpful. Sev 1 tickets are a lot harder to get resolved than they should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle Analytics Cloud?

OAC enables you to bring data from multiple sources, but i'm more impressed with the enhancement of that data to enable you to tell an even deeper data story. The data flow enables you to perform machine learning without having to code anything. What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?

The only downside is oving the algorithms to enterprise level, enablig the extra security and distrabution of the models around the business (gloabally). 3 things I’m disappointed with

1) it isn’t intuitive to use and takes a lot of time to figure out how to use different features

2) when a new feature is added, it is sometimes too basic and cannot get the benefit out of it
