The lead magnet module does not have the ability to be connected to a smart campaign for the user to receive a guide. Rather it downloads immediately so the user does not have to provide a valid email to obtain the download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

It has incredible features and integrations we found other CRMs do not have along will general incredible ease of use. Chime is a breath of fresh air in an industry riddled with technology that doesn't work as advertised. Chime is a full suite of tools and isn't a glorified inbox like the others. They disappear once you sign up, no support and they will take all of your money.

STAY AWAY - Worst Company ever, complete Scam. They embed your website with code leading all organic leads to them for website sign up. Just Crazy. Also they use .me for their website which means you are going to get a lot more spam and hacking from Russia!! Never delivered but charged for advertising. Try calling support or sales after you sign up and they will not answer!! Trust been doing real estate 10+ years and this has got to be the worst. Problem is they have many layers when googling their name, which I would have found this name before ever signing up. Complete waste of sunken cost money plus all the organic leads we lost. What do you dislike about Lofty?

The dialer doesn't work; the layout is not intuitive but by far, the worst aspect of this CRM is the customer support. They do not return phone calls and when you call, they tell you it will be a 3 minute wait, and then they tell you no one is available. They don't read your emails so when you ask questions they answer around it or leave out the main point of the question. I've used BombBomb, SalesForce, BoomTown, 3 or 4 others and Chime has the absolute worst customer support of any CRM or of any company I've ever done business with.
