This product has a lot of available features and a huge number of customization options. We mostly used this for customer support automations involving Email and messaging features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?
It can be rather overwhelming for new users. We found it hard to train new users in using all the advanced features of the product for all the corner cases but otherwise it is a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?
What I like about these systems is that they will be tailored specifically to the professionals' requirements. No changes will be made that are not previously programmed, and this type of system can considerably reduce information processing costs. Plus, it's excellent at automating tasks, and it's been a fun ride designing AI bots that do the work for you instead of you having to do it yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?
In my particular opinion, this tool is unique since we have not found any fault with this product since it was easy to install and configure from the beginning. It was also easy to learn how to use it, and finally, a product support helps me when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
