I encounter a lot of restarts in the server due to some teachical issues , espcially, when the current went off .

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

It is an amazing and robust tool so far I have used. We have already automated several workflows related to our day to day activity including support register, IOC (indicator of compromize) parsing and automation received from different sources. It has quite user friendly user interface to create, update/modify different workflows or automations. It's native python scripting which made it more robust, strong for advance automated workflow creatoin. It has numbers of plugins as well as capabilities to integration with multiple services or systems of components. We found this is quite easy to implement and extensive customer support epecially through our SI "Secbounty, India" and local partner "Zara Zaman Technologies Limited, Bangladesh". I feel this is somewhat costly though getting such product and features, there should incur cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It reduced the trun around time (TAT) decreased signaficantly as repeated activities have been done through this RPA. Moreover, the accuracy is increased almost the cent percent as it is doing exactly what had been programed/instructed /designed for. It usually took more than two hours to process VISA provided IOCs to make this compatible for differenet systems/devices/servers along with humar resource/engagement. Using RPA, it only took hardly 1 or 2 minutes to process/make the same and fully automated without almost zero human interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
