What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

IBM is a powerful software with the advantage of a very good interface design. Thanks to this, the program is easy to use to develop bots of different types with little effort.

The development process is comfortable and precise so that the user focuses on the programming part rather than thinking about the tool they are using.

In addition, the AI of the bots is amazing. They can gather information and learn to improve the process for which it is designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

My only drawback with IBM is its price. It is quite high, but I understand its cost. The downside is that small businesses can't access this type of software, or they must choose another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use IBM to facilitate complex processes. Then, after a while, we design bots for various tasks that spend a great deal of time.

The workflow has improved since we are not taking over repetitive tasks that take time out of our routine.

Communication has also improved because members of the same team can organize themselves more easily.

The tasks that are now performed are fruitful, and the rest of the operations are handled by bots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

I like it because I don't need to write code to develop a bot that is useful to me.

The user experience is outstanding. It's easy to find the features I'm looking for that will help me create a somewhat more complex bot without wasting time.

Machine learning is perfect for reducing a lot of my work because I don't need to feed the bots on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

Ths cost is quite high compared to other RPAs, but it's not something that bothers me. IBM RPA is a good tool that fulfills all the functions needed for automation, which comes at a cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

IBM RPA reduces a lot of the development time. I can implement program functions that serve as a reference for me.

I use IBM RPA a lot for our website, so I don't have to program everything. Several of the functionalities we are looking for are included in IBM RPA's features, such as chatbots.

I have saved a lot of development time on repetitive functions to focus on other tasks that require constant human intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

IBM RPA is good at automating daily tasks and dealing with many manual processes.

Its interface has no unnecessary elements that add nothing to the program, so the user experience is quite smooth.

Also, you can create a huge number of bots and run them simultaneously, which are getting better and better thanks to AI.

The activity is very active, which makes it easy to make queries and contributions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

Although the interface is simple, it could be much better because it is outdated. In addition, it makes it harder to locate the functions at first unless you do the tutorials.

The price was not a problem for our company, but I understand it will be a challenge for smaller companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use IBM primarily to create bots to overload the company website. The goal is to detect failures for the maintenance team to fix.

It is also useful to collect customer and company information in general on other servers, so the information is always secure elsewhere.

The time spent on the simplest tasks has been reduced to almost zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

Writing core is not my forte, as my background is in another area but this has not impeded using IBM RPA. And I love it.

The program is straightforward to use, thanks to the explanations it has. The functions are perfect for creating bots and automating a wide variety of processes with little effort. True, there is a processes design component, but it is minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

IBM RPA is expensive software. We were a bit hesitant to buy it because of that, but now we are more than satisfied with the decision. However, the interface needs to be updated because it is outdated and can lead to a bit of frustration if you are not familiar with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am impressed with the results we have achieved since the first day we implemented IBM RPA in the company. I love how this RPA completely transformed our workflow: the speed at which projects are completed is incredible, and we haven't even increased the effort we usually put in.

We save money because we no longer need to spend several hours on simple processes because the bots now handle them.

In my department, we use IBM RPA a lot for collecting data from our customers and generating invoices without errors, which saves us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

Overall, I like it very much, as the features of this software are abundant. The interface is user-friendly and uncomplicated, and the functions for completing tasks are excellent. I can reduce the time of continuous or repetitive tasks whit the help of programmable quick actions for bots.

The adaptability of applications to use this software is impressive. moreover, it is a good software for beginners and experts in the field. The drag-and-drop feature is perfect for programming, so we don't waste time writing code; you just need to know basic programming logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

It lacks chatbot features; I think they are incomplete. It is a feature that I constantly use in my work, but I have to do several extra steps to complete the configuration of each chatbot as I want. I want this feature to be more efficient.

In addition, the support is outstanding, and I have always been able to communicate easily. it has helped me see what I can do to implement the bots further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

My experience was great. I am thrilled with the world of automation, thanks to this RPA. The tool is excellent.

Thanks to the documentation, I have been able to program bots different from each other and apply them to various aspects of my work: server security checks, web maintenance, writing parts of code that are repetitive, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

I love the data extraction of IBM RPA, even if it is not the main idea of the software. Its impressive efficiency has helped me collect a lot of data without errors.

IBM RPA's power is another of its strength. it can run numerous processes simultaneously without any performance problems.

The scalability of the program is perfect. it is a useful program from the star, which adapts more than well when implemented in other areas of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

Learning to use the basic IBM RPA functions is easy, but the learning curve gest more complicated with the more advanced features. I think this is mainly due to the interface, which is quite outdated. However, the good thing is that it has a simple solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

This RPA can be used for an incredible diversity of processes, as long as the bots are well programmed.

Some of the ones we use the most are chatbots, but we also program bots to automatically give the shipping order for the products we sell. However, there are much more uses.

With a little effort, we managed to create an ecosystem in which customer service has improved, our service times are almost non-existent, and the effort we put in is much lower than before.

In addition, everything is simpler now because several of the business functions are handled by themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
