"IBM RPA" is a solution that allows automating business and IT processes at scale, with ease and speed. The "bots" perform tasks without delays and enable digital transformation. Some points I liked most about the tool are:
- The simple licensing, low-code development, and deployment options.
- The integration with OCR and intelligent "chatbots" to automate more types of work.
- The intelligent distribution of work among various "bots".
