I like the Maximo for its flexibility and start center set ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that I can't assigned batch work orders to one worker out of the box set up. When I get 300 PM work orders to assign, I have to assign one work order to one worker at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

George, Thank you for your comments. There are additional options within the standard BIRT reporting tool for Query based reporting, more directed to a non-technical end user. I would inquire within your organization whether this is something that can be made available to a set of end users with the right skill level and requirements for pulling their own data out of Maximo.
